Shane Gillin, of Coldwell Banker Team Kiwi, based in Newport Beach California, is a 6-year veteran of the real estate industry and has personally represented clients all over Orange County in well over $100 million in real estate transactions.  Shane Gillin has built a solid foundation of clients in the community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first.

Born & raised in the ski towns of Colorado, he studied Architecture and Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder.  After which he began work in the Night Club industry, where he honed his personal skills then transitioning into the financial services industry, consulting for publicly traded companies.  With a thirst for the Real Estate industry, it was time to make the jump, Shane joined Team Kiwi and has never looked back.  He has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations and make their real estate goals become reality.

Active in the community, Shane Gillin is a proud husband & father to his wife Diana & son Cade.  He has been a resident of the Newport Beach area for over 10 years with ties to Orange County dating back over 20 years.  In his free time, you can catch him captaining with Duffy boat around the harbor or cruising on bikes down by the beach.  Spending time in the Newport Beach area together with his friends and family as well as his Goldendoodle (Bode), is never something Shane Gillin takes for granted.  His passion is real estate and his job is making dreams come true.  Nothing makes him happier than successfully finding his clients that ultimate dream home under the sun.
